PB2 Protein Bars (10 Ingredients, one bowl)

Cooking time: 10 minutes (not including freezing time) | Makes: 8-10 bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond flour 

  • 1/2 cup unflavored or vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

  • 2 scoops of PB2 powder (~1/4 cup) 

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk 

  • 1/2 cup of water 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • Chocolate chips 

  • Any toppings of your choice (I added sprinkles)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together into a bowl until it forms a wet batter.

  2. In a square pan, line with parchment paper and cut the corners to squeeze the paper into the perimeter. Pour the batter into the pan and flatten with your spatula.

  3. Next, freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight and remove from the freezer to cut into bar-shaped sizes. Wrap with parchment paper or store in a container for future snacking!
