VEGAN High-protein Edible Ube Cookie Dough (Eat Deux dupe)

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of oat flour or almond flour (I recommend almond) 

  • 1/2 cup of vegan protein powder (I used Orgain unsweetened) use my code GEMINI for 30% off your order online

  • 1/4 cup of cashew butter, almond butter, or peanut butter (I recommend cashew)   

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup 

  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (almond or oat works best) 

  • 1/2 tbsp Ashwaganda powder

  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed 

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp ube extract 

  • ¼ tsp of salt 

  • ½ cup of Lilly’s white chocolate chips or Enjoy Life white chocolate chips

  • Dash of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
